Can I Sell My Vehicle Without Accepting Offers?

Can I Sell My Vehicle Without Accepting Offers?

Yes - absolutely.

As a Seller on AutoSettle, you’re always in control of how your vehicle is priced and sold. Whether you want a fixed price or prefer to negotiate, AutoSettle lets you choose what works best for you.

Selling at a fixed price

If you’d rather sell your vehicle without negotiating:
  1. You can turn off the Offer feature at any time in your Vehicle Profile Settings
  2. Buyers will then only be able to proceed at your listed price
There’s no obligation to consider Offers, and no pressure to negotiate.

Controlling when Offers can be made

If you do choose to allow Offers, AutoSettle also lets you decide when they can be made.

As a Seller, you can choose whether:
  1. Buyers are allowed to make an Offer before a Test Drive, or
  2. Offers can only be made after a Test Drive has taken place
Some Sellers prefer to wait until a Buyer has seen and driven the vehicle, while others are happy to discuss price earlier — both approaches are completely supported.

Adjusting your settings

You can manage all Offer-related settings by selecting Edit on your vehicle listing. From there, you can:
  1. Enable or disable Offers entirely
  2. Allow or restrict Offers before a Test Drive
These settings can be updated at any time, giving you flexibility as your selling preferences change.

Your sale, your terms

AutoSettle is built to support different selling styles - fixed price or negotiable terms.

Whatever you choose, we’ll help guide the process and keep everything clear, secure, and respectful for both you and the Buyer.
